Meet the Team

Chris Condos is an Elder and Pastor at Sussex County Bible Church. He holds a Doctor of Ministry Leadership from Cornerstone College and Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Calvary Baptist Seminary. Chris has a passion for Biblical Counseling as well as pulpit preaching and teaching. He lives in Seaford, Delaware with his wife, Julie and their four children. They balance their time chauffeuring their four active children to multiple sports and civic activities.

Rachel Gehman is a mother, ministry leader, and author of two books: the devotional The Apple and the novel Pure Heart. An editor and public speaker for diverse audiences, she holds a degree in Biblical & Educational Studies from Cornerstone College & Seminary. Rachel lives in Elizabethtown, PA, with her husband and two children.

Logan Castle is retired from a career in the United States Air Force which gives him the blessing time to devote to ministry. He holds a Doctor of Ministry Leadership and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Logan has developed a ministry around a book he has written, "a character-driven story where trauma, love, and unseen forces collide.” 

Chris VanBuskirk holds a Doctor of Education from Trinity Theological Seminary and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. He lives in South-Central Pennsylvania with his wife. They have four adult children and four (soon to be five) grandchildren.
