Establish sustainable rhythms of rest and identity rooted in Christ to maintain soul resiliency amidst ministry setbacks or performance pressures.
Clearly articulate a specific "Kingdom Calling" and identify the practical leadership or communication skills needed to fulfill that assignment.
Construct a 6-month growth roadmap that identifies a tangible next step for community impact and a plan for mentoring others.
By the end of this study, you will have a clear, 6-month roadmap for your growth. You will be better equipped to refute cultural ideas that contradict the Gospel and more effective at helping others grow in their own faith through discipleship. This 4-lesson intensive is designed to move participants through the three pillars of the Kingdom Readiness Assessment, culminating in a concrete "Next Steps" action plan.
